Run your own crew. Lead 1-day installs across Greater STL. Carry 5+ years of finish-carpentry experience and a clean driving record. We provide the truck, tools, and the work.

No experience required. We train. Show up on time, take the work seriously, leave the jobsite cleaner than you found it. Path to lead carpenter in 2–3 years.

You'd be Sarah's second-in-command. Texting quotes, scheduling measures, handling warranty calls. The reason our 4.9★ stays at 4.9★. Strong written communication required.
